About the Role

American Cabinet Works is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee cabinet and millwork projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, designers, production staff, vendors, and installers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple cabinet and millwork projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, and installation timelines.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout each project.
  • Monitor budgets, project costs, and deadlines.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and change orders.
  • Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
  • Conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality and progress.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience, preferably in cabinetry, construction, millwork, or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
