Job description

LCAT: LVCG Technician, Senior Clearance: SECRET Clearance Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Location: Anchorage AK, JBER Job Function: Operate, integrate, and provide classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support on fielded live, virtual, constructive, and gaming simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, and other designated training locations. Responsibilities: * Maintain and update as required existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments * Responsible for the set-up, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of simulation systems and components * Work with training audience and Exercise Planning Team to compose, build, and install simulation databases * Technical expert on the employment of simulations and/or gaming systems that stimulate command and control systems * Support the design, planning, preparation, execution, and recovery of systems to support exercise training and control functions * Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness * Update course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance * Provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors * Provide guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors * Participates in special projects as required Qualifications: * Five (5) or more years of related experience * Comprehensive knowledge of military simulation models, preferably in JLCCTC-MRF/ WARSIM functional operations * Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills * Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs * Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter Education: BS/BA, subject immaterial or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training Certifications: IAT I or DCWF equivalent Stillwater is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin disability age veteran status or any other protected class.
