Heritage, a division of MileOne Autogroup, is seeking a proven General Manager to lead a high-performing dealership in the Baltimore market. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving profitability, developing teams, and overseeing all aspects of dealership operations, including both variable and fixed departments. We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong track record of success who is ready to take full ownership of store performance and growth.

  • Experience with dealership financials, KPIs, and inventory management
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retailing tools
