What You'll Do
Provide fast, accurate, customer-focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department.
- Customer Interaction - Answer phones, greet customers, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Order & Sales Support - Assist with parts inquiries, stock checks, and order processing following ITC/ICC standards
- Service Department Coordination - Work closely with technicians to supply correct parts for repairs
- Inventory & Receiving - Receive, inspect, unpack, store, and track parts; maintain perpetual inventory
- Invoicing & Payment - Create accurate ADP invoices, process payments, and handle credits
- Returns & Warranty - Manage core returns, warranty parts, and general returns
- Work Area Standards - Maintain a clean, organized counter and stockroom
