Responsibilities:

  • Lead the parts department, retail and wholesale customers.
  • Handle the parts inventory and track all expenses.
  • Effectively train and supervise all parts counter associates to meet department and company goals and handle stock order procedures.
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
  • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
  • Maintain a stabilized inventory consistent with the requirements of the defined areas.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience in an automotive parts management position preferred but will train the right candidate
  • 2 years of automotive parts sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
