The Middle School Teacher’s responsibilities include developing and delivering interactive lessons that meet the curriculum requirements, monitoring student progress, and providing academic guidance according to the Indiana Department of Education Academic Standards.


Our ideal candidate is passionate about middle-grade education, has a deep understanding of the developmental and educational needs of this age group, and is adept at fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. They must also be willing to learn and teacher fun and interactive Bible lessons for students.


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
  • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
  • Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests
  • Coordinate school projects, field trips, and other experiential activities
  • Maintain open lines of communication with parents and provide appropriate feedback
  • Attend professional development trainings and stay updated with latest teaching methods and regulations
  • Prepare students for standardized tests


Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a middle school teacher
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
  • A teaching license or certification to teach in a middle school setting
