The Fixed Income & Private Markets Capital Introduction Group (sitting within MS' Investment Bank) is looking for a highly motivated individual to head coverage of institutional Middle East LPs with the primary aim of facilitating introductions of those LPs to relevant GPs managing Fixed Income or Private Markets related funds.
Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group (ISG) is a remarkably broad and diversified business providing institutions with almost every kind of financial product and service across the world's major markets. Morgan Stanley is able to use these businesses to capitalize on the numerous institutional LP introductions the Fixed Income & Private Markets Cap Intro Group make to the various GPs and funds covered across ISG.
Coverage of institutional LPs plays a vital role in helping MS to both connect with our core GP clients and also broaden our distribution of Fixed Income & Private Markets investing opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Dedicated coverage for institutional Middle East LPs
  • Facilitating the introduction of institutional LPs to MS ISG's priority GPs
  • Receive support from and coordinate with regional MS Fixed Income Securities desks/teams to capitalize on any direct investing opportunities with the aforementioned institutional LPs
  • Receive support from and coordinate with centralized MS Cap Intro group to help provide Asset Class and Manger related content to the aforementioned LP clients (including written pieces, podcasts, asset class seminars & conferences on Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and other Real Assets)

Qualifications
  • Experience: 10+ years working in an LP Sales/Coverage role with Middle East LP Focus on either buy-side, sell-side or an LP allocator.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong list of contacts at any mixture of Middle Eastern LPs across SWFs, Banks, MFOs, SFOs, Pensions, Insurance & E&Fs
  • Relevant understanding of Fixed Income/Private Markets asset classes (Private Credit, Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, other Real Assets)
  • The candidate must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, entrepreneurial, detail oriented and organized
  • Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent needed

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $160,000 and $250,000 per year commencement of employment for Vice President, and between $225,000 and $300,000 per year commencement of employment for Executive Director. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
