Role Overview

The Servicing Financial Advisor plays a critical role in helping members achieve financial confidence and long-term security.In this role, you will work both independently and alongside Lead Advisors to provide personalized financial guidance to CSI Group's diverse and growing member base. CSI provides all client relationships-there is no obligation to prospect or bring on new clients.


You will focus on delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and providing tailored financial advice that aligns with CSI's mission and CAPTAG values.


Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Advisory

  • Work independently and collaboratively with Lead Advisors to create and implement personalized financial plans.
  • Evaluate members' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations to design actionable investment and planning strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance across investments, insurance, retirement, and estate planning.
  • Build and manage customized portfolios tailored to each client's financial objectives.
  • Continuously monitor member plans, providing proactive adjustments based on life changes and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver seamless, coordinated support for every member.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with CSI members provided through the firm.
  • Conduct regular meetings-independently or jointly with Lead Advisors-to review financial plans and portfolio performance.
  • Communicate financial concepts and recommendations clearly and confidently.
  • Serve as a consistent, reliable point of contact to ensure every member's needs are met promptly and professionally.

Business Growth & Collaboration

  • Partner with Lead Advisors and CSI leadership to deliver an exceptional member experience.
  • Participate in educational events, workshops, and community outreach to strengthen member engagement.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that reflects CSI's CAPTAG values.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct ongoing research to stay current on market trends and member solutions.
  • Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and professionalism in every interaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients.
  • Three or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios.
  • Series 65 license required.
  • Life Insurance license required.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, and retirement strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and a client-first mindset.
