  • Build and leverage your network to establish partnerships with progressive businesses, unions, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and universities.
  • Establish business revenue-sharing agreements that help companies transition to worker-friendly economic models with universal benefits.
  • Negotiate corporate partnerships and collaborative projects that align with Govuniโ€™s mission.
  • Secure funding through grants, sponsorships, investor backing, and political donations.
  • Oversee campaign fundraising, grassroots donor engagement, and corporate sponsorships for Govuniโ€™s growth.
  • Drive revenue through merchandise sales, progressive business collaborations, and AI-powered fundraising platforms.
  • Recruit and mobilize volunteers, supporters, and activists to expand Govuniโ€™s movement.
  • Organize union drives, strikes, and labor negotiations to advocate for higher wages, better benefits, and corporate accountability.
  • Develop strategies to convert striking workplaces into employee-owned cooperatives.
  • Implement AI-driven workforce solutions to automate outreach, HR, and recruitment while maintaining a 60% AI, 40% human hybrid workforce model.
