Marketing Manager 1

Drive consumer insights and market research for Samsung's Mobile Division

Lead quantitative and qualitative research including brand tracking, segmentation, and concept testing

Apply AI and automation to transform how the organization generates insights

Partner with Marketing, Product, and Strategy stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations

Bridge traditional consumer insights expertise with modern AI capabilities

Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies including brand tracking, customer segmentation, concept and positioning testing, customer experience research, and market landscape assessments

Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools that improve research efficiency and insight generation

Partner with analytics and technology teams to explore agentic AI applications within insights functions

Aid in designing and testing AI agent implementations that support market research activities

Develop frameworks and governance guidelines for responsible use of AI in research

Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Innovation, and Strategy teams

Deliver actionable recommendations that influence Go-To-Market strategies, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, and pricing strategies

5+ years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, or Customer Analytics (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or Economics (Required)

Experience with survey methodology, customer segmentation, and conjoint analysis (Required)

Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills (Required)

Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required)

Strong mentoring skills and knowledge of marketing principles and pricing strategy (Required)

5-7 years related experience required
