Overview
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group in the Atlanta, Boston, or New York offices. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.
A Day in the Life
The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States.

We Know You
You are a mid-level finance associate with meaningful experience managing project workflows and drafting substantive credit documents on behalf of private credit providers, banks, and/or other financial institutions. Experience representing borrowers is also a plus. You possess exceptional organization and writing skills, have strong academic credentials, and are eager to work in fast-paced team environment representing sophisticated clients on complex deals.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of transaction finance experience
  • Admitted, and in good standing, to the Geogia, Massachusetts, and/or New York state Bar(s).

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • The salary/wage range in for this position is $230,000 - $270,000 annually
