Our clientis actively recruiting a mid-level Finance Transaction Associate (hybrid)candidate to join the Finance Transactions Team for our Denver, COoffice. Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in documenting and closing corporate debt finance transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, and bilateral loans. Skills and experience needed:Significant deal experience is preferred, with particular weight given to experience with debt finance transactions. Experience should include drafting transaction documents, reviewing parties' organizational documents and resolutions, managing the timing and delivery of documents, and closing transactions.
Type of matters:A broad array of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, asset securitizations and other financing vehicles.
