Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an ABA Mid-Tier Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead clinical teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and support positive behavioral outcomes. You will coordinate treatment plans, supervise behavioral therapists, and collaborate with families and healthcare providers to foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment. Duties:
  • Supervise and mentor behavioral therapists and clinical staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and documentation related to patient progress, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients, supporting comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Coordinate treatment plans based on individual needs, incorporating principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education strategies.
  • Ensure proper medical documentation, including progress notes, medical records, and reports, are maintained in accordance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address behavioral health goals and medical considerations.
  • Support patient care by participating in behavioral health interventions, conducting ongoing assessments, and adjusting strategies as needed for optimal outcomes.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical records management.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively.
