Metro by T-Mobile is America's fastest growing MetroPCS authorized dealer! We are seeking qualified individuals to be part of Metro by T-Mobile store growth! We are looking for experienced leaders that are motivated, enthusiastic, and enjoy being part of a team in a fast-paced, customer service oriented, commissions sales, retail store environment. Sales experience is a plus, with the right personality, drive, and willingness to learn. The candidate would be responsible for assisting customers with cell phone related issues and driving sales of devices, phone accessories, and data plans.

Management positions are available to well- qualified candidates!

Both part and full time positions are available.

Responsibilities

  • Have an uplifting and positive attitude while providing excellent customer service
  • Build genuine customer relationships by earning their loyalty and trust
  • Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily sales quotas
  • Generate sales leads on downtime
  • Maintain and keep accurate inventory
