Job description

Growing and highly stable company has an immediate need for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to work as a first responder with external customers. In this role, you must have experience working in a high-volume call center environment, handling around 40 instances a day via phone, chat, and email promptly and professionally. Duties include general customer service, troubleshooting issues, resolving delivery miscues, answering questions about the customer's account, etc. You must be able to clear a drug and background screening.

*Must live in the metro Atlanta area and be able to commute to the office five days a week, working either 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM or 9:00 AMโ€“6:00 PM EST.*

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in a high volume call center environment.
  • MUST have excellent speaking skills, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
  • Can fully clear a 10-panel drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Good job stability required; no job hoppers.
  • Very patient and empathetic in external customer communication.
