TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey's premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player on our Call Center team.
• Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls to determine the appropriate level of medical transportation response
• Schedule trips, collect the appropriate information and enter data into computer aided dispatch software (CAD)
• Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and various computer systems
• Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at all times
• Have a good understanding of South Jersey geography
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Availability Monday - Friday 5am - 1pm
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in high pressure situations
