Resident Billing Call Center Agent

The Resident Billing Call Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for residents and families with billing questions. Working remotely in a high-volume call center environment, this role delivers compassionate, efficient support while driving first-call resolution and maintaining billing accuracy.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound calls within service level targets
  • Provide empathetic, professional assistance and use de-escalation techniques when needed
  • Research resident accounts and explain charges clearly
  • Update billing systems (PCC) and document calls accurately
  • Collaborate with community leaders to resolve complex inquiries
  • Escalate urgent issues appropriately with detailed handoffs
  • Support Move-In/Move-Out processing and resident refunds
  • Monitor AR aging and assist with collections efforts
  • Assist with LTC submissions and month-end billing activities
  • Maintain compliance with privacy, audit and documentation standards
