If you are an experienced Appointment Scheduler seeking an opportunity in a high-call-volume medical call center environment (100+ calls) and you are bilingual in English and Spanish, we encourage you to consider this position.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM-5:00PM / 8:30AM-5:30PM
Location: Commerce, CA

Medical Call Center Job Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently in a high-call-volume environment
• Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
• Process referrals and coordinate with healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records system
Medical Call Center Job Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience working in a medical call center environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• EMR experience is required (Epic is preferred)
• High School Diploma is required
