JOB TITLE: Methods Process Analyst 3
LOCATION: Berkeley, MO
PAY RATE: $56.50/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

  • Apply established standards to new work instructions.

  • Update precedence networks to support tooling and production scheduling decisions.

  • Create and maintain engineering performance metrics.

  • Integrate modular tooling into production systems.

  • Analyze current and future business environments; develop forecasts, acquisition strategies, and utilization plans to optimize resources in support of company initiatives and program business plans.

  • Develop and maintain complex Business System factory definitions for manufacturing planning.

  • Develop labor hour estimates for new or revised production and tooling work packages using labor standards, design drawing reviews, and coordination with Tooling and Production Operations.

  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with operational goals.

  • Participate in the development of integrated master schedules (e.g., crew cycling, learning curves, shift analysis, optimal crew size, tooling capacity).

  • Develop tool and position plans, including documentation for tool downtimes and rate flow.

  • Identify and implement process improvements using established methodologies to maximize efficiency of equipment and personnel.

  • Analyze deviations from approved plans caused by unplanned events.

  • Assess impacts to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery.

  • Develop and obtain approval for modifications to existing plans.

  • Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations regarding schedule commitments and scope impacts.

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and report on integrated shop operating plans to optimize efficiency, reduce inventory, and meet cost and schedule commitments.

  • Support and enhance shop performance metrics by analyzing data and recommending actionable improvements for Production and Tooling Management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to Obtain Security Clearance

  • Level 3: Typically 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or 10+ years of related experience).

  • Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
