Job Summary:
The Saviynt SME will lead the design, deployment, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise systems. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on experience in Saviynt implementations, operations, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Saviynt IGA.
โ€ข Design and configure enterprise roles, lifecycle events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), and access certifications
โ€ข Monitor scheduled jobs, lifecycle events, and resolve provisioning issues, task failures, and import errors
โ€ข Customize Saviynt platform using analytics, rules, workflows, and microservices to meet organizational security policies
โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders to define remediation and automation processes for entitlement gaps
โ€ข Generate operational reports and dashboards for entitlement tracking, compliance, and risk assessment
โ€ข Document SOPs, runbooks, and change management artifacts for Saviynt operations.
โ€ข Provide technical pre-sales support and assist operations teams with escalations and debugging.
Required Skills:
โ€ข 8+ years of experience in IAM with at least 3 years in Saviynt IGA.
โ€ข Strong understanding of RBAC, SOD, access certifications, and compliance frameworks
โ€ข Proficiency in SQL, Java, and system monitoring tools
โ€ข Experience with integration of Saviynt with AWS, AD, LDAP, JDBC, and UNIX platforms
โ€ข Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management workflows.
