Job description

Position: Fabricator in a Metal Shop
Industry: Manufacturing/Production
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Richland, MI 49001
Pay Rate: $16.50/Hr 
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday,  5 am to 3:30 pm 
Enjoy a 3 day weekend!
Metal Fab Department Description:
 The candidate will function as a general laborer and operate machines such as drill presses, punch presses, grinders, or special purpose equipment according to production specifications and needs, so we will need someone who will be able to do the following:
  
· Verify conformance of machined work to specifications using measuring                instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and squares.
·  Understand machining instructions and sequences of operations. 
·  Follow all safety and quality operating procedures.
Candidate must have a high school diploma (or GED), will need to be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details, have manual dexterity and physical stamina, and be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
