Job description

Work at the center of Silicon Valleyโ€™s startup ecosystem, representing the founders, emerging growth companies, and venture investors building the next generation of AI and other category-defining businesses.

Our clients range from stealth-mode startups to the most prominent late-stage private companies in the Valley.

Prior emerging companies experience is not required; we welcome candidates with M&A or other transactional backgrounds. This is a collaborative team that invests heavily in associate development, both on the substantive work and on the client relationships that will define your career.
