Job description

Founding Outside Sales Representative (1099) – Merchant Services

TrueNorth Merchant Solutions is a division of Thrive Legacy Solutions LLC, dedicated to helping small businesses simplify payment acceptance through merchant processing, credit card equipment leasing, point-of-sale systems, and payment technology solutions. We are currently building our Founding Sales Team and are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

As a Founding Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly with small and medium-sized business owners to identify opportunities, build relationships, and present customized merchant processing and equipment leasing solutions. This is a true business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role where you will generate your own leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and community outreach. You'll educate business owners on how our payment solutions can help streamline operations and potentially reduce processing costs while providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is motivated by performance-based earnings, and wants the opportunity to build a long-term residual income stream. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding, ongoing sales training, daily leadership support, and access to industry-leading merchant processing and equipment leasing solutions. While you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, you'll also be part of a growing team committed to helping one another succeed.

We are looking for individuals who are professional, dependable, goal-oriented, coachable, and comfortable communicating with business owners. Previous sales, customer service, business development, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train individuals who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine desire to build a successful career.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with competitive upfront commissions on funded accounts and the opportunity to earn recurring monthly residual income on qualified merchant processing accounts. There are no caps on your earning potential—the more relationships you build and businesses you help, the greater your opportunity for long-term income. Representatives are responsible for generating their own business and managing their sales pipeline, while TrueNorth Merchant Solutions provides the products, support, training, and resources needed to help you succeed.

As one of our founding team members, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of our company while growing alongside an organization committed to integrity, transparency, and long-term partnerships. If you're ready to take control of your income, make a meaningful impact on local businesses, and build something you're proud of, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and become part of the Founding Sales Team at TrueNorth Merchant Solutions, a division of Thrive Legacy Solutions LLC.
