Summary

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Merchant Support Representative who is not only passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, but also capable of assisting with light administrative and internal operations tasks. This Clearwater-based role supports our merchants with account, deposit, and terminal-related inquiries, while also contributing to internal lead tracking, reporting, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to support both our clients and internal teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
While we provide comprehensive training, ideal candidates will bring the following qualifications:
Merchant Support Representative Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of phone-based customer service experience (required)
  • 1โ€“2 years in the merchant processing industry (preferred)
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet SLA deadlines
  • Comfortable with technology and basic math
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with POS terminals and virtual gateways
  • Flexible availability, including after-hours and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:

Merchant Support

  • Provide professional phone and email support to merchants
  • Troubleshoot terminal, gateway, and funding issues
  • Assist with batch, deposit, billing, and reconciliation inquiries
  • Escalate complex account issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
Admin & Sales Support

  • Maintain merchant records and update CRM (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate internal communications, light reporting, and tracking
  • Assist with uploading and assigning lead lists to sales reps
  • Help support internal team initiatives such as contests, events, and lead performance tracking
