With more than 800 products, Iberia Foods has a solid position as the definitive connection to the Caribbean and Latin American cuisine.

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Tampa!

We will train the right individual who will learn to provide and deliver product services at major retailers.

The ideal candidate will deliver great service to our customers by ensuring that their shelves are stocked with products in the right quantities and displays them that optimize sales.

Iberia provides full training, hourly pay range starts at $15 to $20 per hour based on experience along with reimbursement allowances and the opportunity to learn and grow!

Our benefits begin the first of the month after 30days and include Medical, Dental and Vision along with 401k.

You will learn how to:

Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and company's objectives.

Analyze sales and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan inventory stock.

Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves to create visibility and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs.

Stocking shelves, arranging and maintaining product displays, and maintaining store shelves by removing dated or damaged products.

Build professional relationships with internal and external management.
