Job description

Coke Florida is looking for a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based out of our Palm Beach location. Weโ€™re currently looking for 1st shift, working Monday - Friday.ย 


What You Will Do:ย ย 


As a Coke Florida Sales Merchandising Supervisor, you will supervise and directย the day-to-day activities of a team of Sales Merchandisers and Merchandisers, and is responsible for overseeing timely, accurate orders and maintaining merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.ย 


Roles and Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisersย ย 
  • Visit outlets for adherence to merchandising standardsย 
  • Monitor market execution per ad calendarย ย 
  • Track volume for incentives & productivityย ย 
  • Conduct account execution surveysย 
  • Close customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment in a timely mannerย 
  • Manage order transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch issues, & unscheduled deliveriesย 
  • Manage technology/device administrationย 
  • Communicate with store managers as needed concerning ordering/executionย ย 
  • Main point of contact for ordering/delivery issuesย ย 
  • Communicate routinely with sales leadershipย 
  • Monitor returns and breakage, damages, and losses (BD&L)ย 
  • SM and SM-Relief field training supportย ย 
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for accountย 
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable lawsย 
  • Identifying and reporting any unsafe working conditionsย 
  • Train, evaluate, support, and develop team membersย 
  • Ensure associates complete daily activities on timeย 
  • Recruiting and hiring; conducting interviews to maintain staffing levelsย 
  • Onboarding new associatesย 
  • Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisersย 
  • Scheduling sales merchandiser and part-time work hoursย 
  • Labor planning and OPEX merchandising budgetingย ย 
  • Develop weekly merchandising plans including display execution resource strategyย 

For this role, you will need:ย ย 

  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma)ย ย 
  • Must be eligible to work in the United Statesย 
  • Must be 18 years of age or olderย 
  • Ability to use and understand mobile applicationsย 
  • Ability to work variable schedule, weekends and holidaysย ย 
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product. Certification as requiredย 
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hoursย 
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's licenseย 
  • Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance, as specified by companyย 
  • Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*ย ย ย 

*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to CCBF guidelines to determine eligibility for the Sales Merchandising Supervisor position.ย ย ย

  • Associate Degree/1-2 Yr. College - Univ. Degreeย 
  • 1+ years previous sales/merchandising experience preferredย 
  • 1+ year supervising a small team preferredย 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillsย 
  • Excellent planning and organization skillsย 
  • Proficient computer application skillsย
