The Town of Vail is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our Community Development team as a Senior Planner!

Position Summary

As a Town of Vail Senior planner, you will be ready to tackle complex planning projects with significant community impact, shaping the future of our vibrant community through professional planning duties in areas such as current planning, long-range planning, land development regulations, special projects, and code compliance. You will be a critical member of our cohesive Community Development team, with additional focus as a mentor to junior planners and members of the team. Be prepared to show this level of team oriented leadership with high-profile initiatives as well!

Current Senior Planner Salary Range: $82,000 (minimum) - $123,000 (maximum).

This role will contribute to enhancing Vail’s unique character and livability while fostering collaboration across departments, applicants, and community stakeholders.
