Job description

Salary Range $17.05 - $21.32* Role Overview As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization. You will perform operational, daily tasks to support store sales, profitability and enhance the customer experience. You report to the RPSO Manager and work in a Neiman Marcus store location.

Responsibilities

Complete daily store operations and help direct leads and managers Merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight Fulfillment, packing and shipping of online and store customer orders Complete necessary merchandise placements to ensure standards are followed Merchandise price changes and reticketing; signs and moves product once marked Reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and related inventory control processes Back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance Under guidance, merchandises product and sets sale events and signage, ensuring standards are followed Support with set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas Requirements 1+ year of retail experience Demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks with a "win together" mentality Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds Work a flexible schedule based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental), 401(k) retirement plan, disability insurance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits (such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance).
