A leading online grocery organization is looking to hire a Merchandise Operations Associate who will support the merchandising and operations department by managing inventory, market trends and consumer behavioral insights to maximize on sales and profitability. Client Details A leading online grocery company with headquarters in uptown Manhattan. Description Data analysis of market trends, consumer behavior insights, monitoring product placement and inventory. Support the wider merchandising and operations team to maximize on sales and profitability. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Document workflows, SOPs, and operational findings to support ongoing team initiatives. Profile A successful Merchandise Operations Associate should have: Desirable: prior experience working with perishable or non-perishable foods or products. Analytical mindset, with strong Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Offer Hourly pay between $32.00 - $35.00. Temp to hire. 3 month initial contract. 5x a week on site in the office. Free food and beverage - perks of working for a grocer!
