Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Kitchen Manager to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations

- Help manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies

- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas

- Support cost control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency


Skills and Qualifications:
