About Syndicate: The Syndicate brings Big City Dining in a Small Town, located in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio. We offer fresh seafood, local beef, exclusive wines & incredible craft cocktails.

Key responsibilities of a Syndicate Bar Manager:

  • Inventory Control: Managing beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock checks.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring bar sales, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
  • Customer Service: Addressing concerns, ensuring excellent service standards, and resolving complaints.
  • Menu Development: Creating innovative drink menus and promotions.
