This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating memorable, plated moments, blends creative culinary artistry with business acumen, believes in fostering a culture of mentorship and support, and implements rigorous standards of food safety, preparation, and presentation.

The Legacy hotel features four distinct food and beverage outlets, including catering and banquet operations:

  • Privato: Chops, Seafood, Elegant Italian
  • La Vista: Coastal Italian & Raw Bar (with a rooftop bar)
  • Lily Jean’s: Coffee bar by day, Martini bar by night.

  • Establish and enforce kitchen protocols to safely accommodate guest allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
  • Manage food and labor costs through effective forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling for multiple outlets.
  • Build strategic relationships with regional suppliers to source fresh, local ingredients that support a farm-to-table philosophy.
