What does a mentoring program manager do?

A Mentoring Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing mentorship programs within an organization or educational institution. They recruit and train mentors and mentees, match participants based on their goals and needs, and ensure ongoing support throughout the mentorship process.
