The Role

As the Vice President of Program Delivery, you will lead the General Ledger replacement initiative for Corporate Accounting, driving program planning, execution and delivery for one of our most critical transformation efforts. You will partner closely with Corporate Services Technology and external partners to establish the program governance and execution model required to successfully deliver a modern, scalable general ledger aligned with key business priorities, financial controls, and long-term infrastructure goals.

In addition to the general ledger replacement, you will provide program and delivery guidance across other major accounting system evaluations and implementations, including investment accounting and digital asset accounting solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring these strategic initiatives are executed with strong discipline, clear governance, and alignment with Corporate Accounting modernization objectives.

You will lead a team spanning program management and technology strategy & planning, with responsibility for delivering complex initiatives that transform accounting processes, systems, and data capabilities. This includes establishing strong program governance, disciplined execution, and ensuring transparency through clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, business partners, and key stakeholders.

To deliver these outcomes, you will work closely with and report to the Vice President, Accounting Modernization and Central Support, as well as partner with leaders across Accounting, Corporate Services Technology, Risk, Finance, and key business partners to prioritize deliverables, identify and resolve risks, and drive successful implementation.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 15+ years of accounting, finance, or large-scale transformation programs
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology or another related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex transformation or system implementation programs
  • Strong program management expertise, including governance, risk management, change management, and executive reporting
  • Proven ability to define and execute long-term strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, and operations
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at senior leadership levels
  • Experience with change management strategies and driving organizational adoption at scale
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
  • Ability to challenge conventional ideas and find innovative solutions

The base salary range for this position is $125,000-258,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
