Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities
Full-Time: 68-80 hours per 2 week pay period
Full-Time: Monday-Friday with on-call weekend every 7th weekend
Part-Time: 16+ hours per 2 week pay period
Casual Call: Build your own schedule - 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend, plus on-call rotation
Available Shifts: Days of the week may vary and will include varied weekends and holidays. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off!
Limited Full-Time AM and PM Openings
AM: 6:45am - 12:45pm and 6:45am - 3:15pm
PM: 4:30-8:30p and 3:00pm-11:15pm
NOC: 11:00pm-7:00am
Memory Care Resident Care Assistant
Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the residents in our memory care apartments. Our Memory Care Units are designed to provide care and support to older adults who experience memory impairment. Here, we have a range of residents that are independent, to others who require mechanical lifts, assistance with medication administration, and other activities of daily living.
What You'll Do
  • Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible
  • Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance
  • Transport residents to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, light housekeeping/laundry, and a variety of other tasks
  • Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being

What You'll Need
  • Previous direct care experience, preferred
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), preferred
  • CBRF Certification, preferred

Our Wages
  • Our starting wages are between $19.75 - $24.15 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications
  • We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $1.25 PM, $ 2.00 weekend shift differential, and incentive pay
  • We pay for performance! Performance reviews 3-6 months after you start and again at least annually
  • Certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!

Qualifications for Higher Starting Pay
  • Certified Nursing Assistant training (in any state)
  • CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience
  • CBRF Certification(s)
  • Full Time Positions
