We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Jackson team!

The Position: Work with a team of fun, strategic, and influential individuals that represent GRS! Long-term growth leads to business success - and here at GRS, we welcome new team members that can help push our vision forward. We a seeking a new team member that build sale revenue and can help set our company apart.
What you'll be responsible for as a Business Development Representative:
  • Exceed company targets and goals for sales revenue
  • Identify potential new markets and customers
  • Develop annual, monthly, and weekly sales goals
  • Deliver effective sales presentations
  • Maintain market leadership through effective selling processes, high quality marketing materials, and more
  • Participate and network within trade associations, networking groups, and other organizational events
  • Develop existing accounts and maintain contact with previous customers
  • Track and report significant changes involving the economy, markets, and competitive landscape

What you need to have:
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field - bachelors (4-year) degree preferred
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of relevant experience
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships
  • Understands concepts of financial reports
  • Comprehends the big picture
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of electronics and computer software
