• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, existing resources, and potential barriers.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Utilize therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed treatment, and solution-focused therapy in clinical practice.
• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining specific goals and interventions designed to support each client's mental health journey.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing clients with immediate support, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Facilitate group therapy discussions, psychoeducation workshops, and peer support sessions to enhance community engagement.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele experiencing a variety of mental health challenges; this could include young children, adolescents, adults, and families looking for support. The remote setting allows you to connect with clients from multiple backgrounds, ensuring that care is culturally competent and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of professional experience in mental health care, particularly within an outpatient setting.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic methods and a commitment to staying current on best practices in mental health treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and empathize with clients effectively.

• Experience with telehealth systems and virtual therapy platforms.
• Familiarity with a range of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, particularly those prevalent in diverse communities.
• Previous work in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with various healthcare professionals.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually depending on experience, alongside a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
