Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather critical information about clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and areas for growth.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Create and manage individualized treatment plans that include defined goals and tailored interventions for each client.

  • Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
