• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to gather critical information about clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Create and manage individualized treatment plans that include defined goals and tailored interventions for each client.
• Engage collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, coordinated care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our advanced EHR system.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and group therapy sessions to provide additional layers of support to clients.

Our clinic serves a broad client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate their mental health journeys. We cater to clients who may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere where every client feels understood and valued.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting individualized treatment strategies.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare or outpatient clinic setting.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competencies is highly desirable.
