Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with specific goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning as required to address acute mental health needs.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, promoting community understanding and skill-building in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
