  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate and track client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and consult on complex case scenarios, ensuring holistic treatment for every client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on young adults grappling with mental health and mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other psychological challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their lives by creating safe spaces for them to express their struggles and find pathways to recovery.

  • Mental Health Treatment Experience: Hands-on experience working with clients experiencing mental health challenges in either residential or outpatient settings.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A commitment to teamwork and a passion for improving the mental health landscape for young adults.
  • Clinical Competence: Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Preferred Experience

Though not mandatory, candidates with experience specifically in group therapy and those familiar with diverse cultural backgrounds or progressive therapeutic modalities will receive special consideration.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, reflective of qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include:
