Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop thorough treatment plans, incorporating behavioral guidelines and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Meet regulatory standards by completing required documentation in a timely manner and utilizing evidence-based screening tools as identified by your clinical team.
  • Work in collaboration with fellow team members to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the clinic's high standards of care.
  • Serve as a liaison between our clinic and relevant state agencies, community partners, and other service systems.
  • Facilitate open and effective communication channels within and outside the clinic to meet compliance and contract standards.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility, secure partnerships, and identify funding opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences and workshops, and by participating in state-level meetings relevant to mental health.
  • Champion the mission, values, and principles of our organization in all aspects of your work.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds, with a specific focus on the Latinx community in Bellevue and surrounding areas. Your therapeutic approaches will cater to individuals facing various emotional and behavioral challenges, ranging from mental health disorders to substance use recovery and developmental disabilities. Your expertise will be critical in fostering trust and rapport, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is required, with additional certifications being advantageous.
  • Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Proven effectiveness in collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities based on professional knowledge and best practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.
  • Knowledge of current therapeutic practices and evidence-based interventions specific to mental health.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement treatment plans addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Previous experience in outreach and partnership development with community organizations.
Compensation and Benefits
