About the Role: 

This role supports the team with processing and handling time sensitive documents and patient requests. 

Title: Client Services Representative 
Location: Onsite - 8085 Knue Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250 
Department: Client Services Organization
Compensation: $16-$17 per hour base
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate, validate, and deliver consumer specific requests

Analyze consumer mail or itemized billings for accuracy

Process all internal correspondence and account updates

Analyze accounts to resolve balance discrepancies and post payments and adjustments

May be required to verify insurance eligibility

Inspect bankruptcy notifications

Process itemized statements and settlement offers
