The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will manage and grow an established Boston-area territory. Success in this role comes from navigating a variety of hospitality customer stakeholders, supporting both ongoing business and new opportunities, and aligning solutions to customer needs, brand expectations, and project requirements.


This role will be focused on driving revenue growth through a mix of account expansion and new business development in a competitive, relationship-driven market.


What You'll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of hospitality business across your territory
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders involved in purchasing and product decisions
  • Support opportunities tied to renovations, ongoing programs, and brand requirements
  • Identify and close new business across a range of hospitality environments
  • Navigate multi-step sales processes and varying buying structures
  • Execute a territory plan to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Deliver consultative recommendations that improve performance and reduce total cost
  • Compete effectively in pricing, bid, and proposal situations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and leverage Salesforce to drive decisions
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver strong customer outcomes
  • Travel locally within the New England market as needed
