Job Description
Join our client’s growing textile production team as a Textile Machine Operator. In this role, you’ll play an important part in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate operation of textile and garment manufacturing equipment. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to quality will help maintain consistent production flow and product excellence. This position offers a stable, on-site opportunity in a supportive environment with room for professional development and advancement.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor textile production and garment construction machines
  • Load raw materials and ensure proper threading, alignment, and tension of equipment
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Identify minor mechanical issues and make basic adjustments to keep production running smoothly
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and resolve production challenges
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies
  • Complete production logs and report any downtime or maintenance needs
