Production Manager – Embroidery, Flags & Banners (Textile Manufacturing)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily assembly and sewing operations in a high-volume flag and banner manufacturing facility. This role leads a team of 20+ production employees, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in embroidery or textile assembly environments, along with proven leadership in production planning, scheduling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sewing and assembly operations for flags, banners, and related textile products
  • Supervise, coach, and manage a production team of 20+ employees
  • Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets and reduce material shortages
  • Monitor workflow, capacity, and output to ensure efficiency and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Serve as subject matter expert in embroidery, assembly, and finishing processes
  • Ensure smooth material flow across production stages and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support plant operations

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in embroidery, textile manufacturing, or flag/banner assembly and finishing
  • Proven experience managing or supervising production teams of 20+ employees
  • Strong background in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Hands-on leadership in a manufacturing or cut-and-sew production environment

Preferred Experience

  • Background in apparel manufacturing, textile production, or large-scale embroidery operations
  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments with measurable output targets
  • Familiarity with quality control processes in sewn goods or printed textile products
