What Youโll Do
Medical Records Management
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date resident medical records
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Coordinate documentation with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams
- Manage admissions, discharges, and record requests efficiently
- Audit records for completeness and accuracy
Activity Management
- Plan and lead engaging recreational and social activities
- Create programs that support residentsโ physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Organize holiday events, games, outings, and wellness activities
- Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships
- Work closely with families and staff to enhance quality of life
What Weโre Looking For

Requirements:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or Bachelorโs degree in Health Information Management, or similar degree, preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Experience
- Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
- Two yearsโ experience as a Medical Records Clerk or with record keeping responsibility in a health care setting.
- PCC experience preferred.
