Role Overview
As a Medical Laboratory Sales Representative at Progress Medical Labs, you will serve as the face of our organization in the field educating healthcare providers, building lasting relationships, and expanding access to our industry-leading diagnostic portfolio across a broad range of clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and educate healthcare providers on the Progress Medical Labs product portfolio across all clinical specialties listed above.
Assess individual client needs and present tailored diagnostic solutions aligned with their clinical and operational goals.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan designed to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Engage actively with training programs, sales tools, and leadership support to continuously develop skills and product knowledge.
Maintain consistent, professional communication with healthcare staff, office managers, and clinical decision-makers throughout your territory.
Build and sustain long-term provider relationships through a patient-first mindset and a commitment to delivering value at every interaction.
Track account activity, territory performance, and pipeline development using company-provided tools and reporting systems.
Maintain full compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and healthcare industry standards.
