About Solutions Pharmacy
Solutions Pharmacy is a growth-driven compounding pharmacy specializing in customized anti-infective therapies for ENT, wound care, and podiatry providers. We partner closely with physicians to deliver patient-specific solutions when traditional treatments fall short.
We are entering a strategic growth phase and are seeking a strong sales leader to help scale our physician outreach and revenue.
Position Overview
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving prescription growth and expanding our footprint within ENT, wound care, and podiatry practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has experience calling on physicians and is ready to build and lead a structured sales team.
The ideal candidate can both close business and create systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy targeting ENT, wound care, and podiatry practices
  • Personally call on key accounts and build high-value physician relationships
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Create structured territory plans and measurable performance metrics
  • Establish outreach cadence and follow-up systems
  • Track revenue growth and adjust strategy as needed
  • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to align sales and operations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience selling to ENT, wound care, podiatry, or related specialties
