About Healthy Feet Podiatry

Healthy Feet Podiatry is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our practice through community outreach, local business relationships, digital marketing, and strategic business development.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and taking ownership of business growth. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador for Healthy Feet Podiatry throughout the local community while also helping strengthen our online presence.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business and referral opportunities through face-to-face marketing and relationship development with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.

The representative will also contribute to social media content creation and digital marketing, while tracking and analyzing weekly business growth metrics to identify opportunities for continued growth.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Marketing & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, senior communities, gyms, wellness organizations, employers, and other potential referral partners.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to local businesses and organizations to introduce Healthy Feet Podiatry and develop referral relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the local community.
  • Create and maintain a consistent schedule of community outreach and business visits.
  • Represent Healthy Feet Podiatry professionally at networking events, community events, health fairs, and other local activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Develop creative strategies to increase patient referrals, brand awareness, and community engagement.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective business partners and referral sources.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Assist in creating engaging social media content for Healthy Feet Podiatry.
  • Have advanced working knowledge in social media trends, Canva, Edits, Capcut, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Pages, etc
  • Develop photos, videos, short-form content, educational posts, and promotional materials.
  • Help maintain a consistent social media posting schedule.
  • Identify local social media and digital marketing opportunities that can increase awareness of the practice.
  • Monitor engagement and identify content that generates the strongest response.
  • Collaborate with the practice team to highlight services, patient education, community involvement, and practice news.
  • Have knowledge in blogging and reaching patients through organic search results

Business Growth & Performance Analysis

  • Track weekly business development and marketing activities.
  • Analyze key growth metrics, including referral sources, new patient opportunities, outreach activity, social media engagement, and other relevant indicators.
  • Provide a weekly summary of marketing and business development activity.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Recommend new strategies and initiatives to increase patient volume and community awareness.
  • Set weekly and monthly activity and growth goals and track progress toward those goals.
