What your impact will look like at Dynarex (5Yrs exp Required, must live in Mid-Atlantic Territory: (Nashville & Knoxville)

In General

· Conduct field sales of medical disposable products via distribution channels.

· Achieve and exceed sales quotas and forecasts.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and product sales.

· Effectively manage time, territory coverage, and prioritize sales opportunities.

· Represent the company confidently in all customer interactions.

What You’ll Own

You will take full responsibility for the Nashville & Knoxville territory, driving revenue growth across:

  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
  • Respiratory products
  • Wound care
  • Medical disposables
  • Strategic new product launches

You will sell through distribution channels, expanding share of wallet, increasing SKU penetration, and developing new distributor relationships.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Territory Hunting & Business Development

  • Identify high-potential distributor targets.
  • Initiates contact with leads and prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and buying preferences.
  • Cold call, prospect, and open new doors.
  • Develop a strategic territory growth plan.
  • Drive competitive conversions.

Relationship Development

  • Build strong executive and buyer-level relationships.
  • Compellingly presents & demonstrates product or service offerings, virtually or in person to showcase offerings, address customer inquiries, and ask for sales.
  • Deliver value-based sales conversations by highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Position Dynarex as a one-stop solution.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM (HubSpot) software.
  • Leverages HubSpot to learn about the customer’s buying habits and deliver customized solutions using a variety of media and communication channels.
  • Forecast accurately and manage margin expectations.
  • Track opportunity progression and close with confidence.
  • Manage territory expenses responsibly.

Growth & Market Expansion

  • Drives new product launches.
  • Identifies white space opportunities
  • Meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas and targets consistently.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within key distribution partners

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, product development, the warehouse team, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Writes orders thoroughly and follows up with cross-functional teams until delivery is completed, always setting up the right expectations for the customers in terms of stock-outs, alternative products, delivery date, price, and service opportunities.

Compensation & Rewards

Top performers deserve top-tier compensation.

For qualified candidates who meet all requirements, the base salary ranges from $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus:

  • Uncapped quarterly commission
  • $600 per month car allowance
  • Targeted year one minimum total compensation range of $90,000–$150,000+, with significant upside for high achievers

This structure is designed to reward hunters and closers who build sustainable territory growth and drive margin performance.

The base salary range listed represents the compensation Dynarex Corporation in good faith believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Final compensation will be determined based on individual experience, track record, territory expertise, and demonstrated performance history.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in medical devices (required)
  • Strong background selling through distribution channels
  • Must be able to achieve quotas and revenue growth
  • Existing distributor relationships in Nashville & Knoxville preferred
  • Proven ability to close and ask for the business
  • Strong financial acumen (margin management + forecasting)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel

· Proven successful sales track record with documented achievements and key references.
