  • Vermont
  • Maine

Approximately 50% overnight travel throughout the territory.

Why This Opportunity?

Unlike many established medical device territories, this region offers significant opportunity to expand market share and develop new business.

You'll work directly with surgeons, operating room staff, hospital leadership, and supply chain professionals to introduce technologies that improve clinical outcomes and operating room efficiency.

Your product portfolio is utilized across multiple surgical specialties, including:

  • General Surgery
  • Vascular Surgery
  • Plastic Surgery

  • Robotic Surgery

If you're motivated by building relationships, winning new business, and creating long-term growth, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maximizing your earning potential.

What You'll Do

As the medical device sales representative, you'll own your business from prospecting through long-term account management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business throughout the New England territory
  • Build relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, administrators, and supply chain leaders
  • Sell both capital equipment and disposable surgical products
  • Conduct clinical product demonstrations and evaluations
  • Support product trials and in-service education
  • Develop physician champions within key accounts
  • Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital purchasing processes
  • Execute strategic territory growth plans
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM documentation
  • Represent the company at conferences, educational programs, and industry events
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience within surgical or operating room environments
  • Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers
  • Experience calling directly on surgeons
  • Experience selling capital equipment, disposable medical devices, or both
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout New England
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Highly Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience selling any of the following are encouraged to apply:

  • Surgical capital equipment
  • Operating room equipment
  • Robotic surgery
  • Surgical navigation
  • General surgery products
  • Vascular products
  • Plastic surgery devices
  • Energy devices
  • Electrosurgery
  • Trauma products
  • Urology
  • Colorectal surgery technologies

Experience launching new products or growing underdeveloped territories is highly valued.

You'll Excel Here If You...
  • Enjoy hunting for new business opportunities
  • Thrive in the operating room environment
  • Build credibility quickly with surgeons and hospital leadership
  • Prefer autonomy and ownership over micromanagement
  • Take pride in growing your territory like your own business
  • Are competitive, organized, and highly self-motivated
  • Enjoy selling clinically complex solutions that improve patient care
Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a respected surgical medical device company with an established reputation while taking ownership of a territory with substantial growth potential.

If you're looking for the opportunity to build your business, earn exceptional income, and represent innovative surgical technologies that make a difference for surgeons and patients alike, we'd love to speak with you.

Rep-Lite receives a large volume of resumes for each position and regretfully cannot respond to each application.

If we have an interest in speaking with you further, we will email a request for a video interview. Sometimes these emails end up in spam/junk so please make sure you are checking them periodically; the sending domain will be @applytojob.com.
